Chef Guggenmos has more three decades of experience in developing world-class culinary curriculum, ranging from certificate programs and high school curriculum, to post-secondary degree programs up to the master’s level. He gained his global reputation for creating leading edge curriculum for the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University. Chef Guggenmos has subsequently developed educational programs in the United States, Europe and Asia.
Chef Guggenmos has also collaborated with Snapchef, the largest culinary staffing and workforce development agency in New England, to develop a pioneering “Fast Track” earn and learn culinary curriculum and training program. In this unique workforce development model, new aspiring chefs work and gain industry experience while increasing their knowledge and skills through 14 training modules taken over the course of two years.
